1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Bradaa, including the AI Bradaa application, website (aibradaa.com), web application (app.aibradaa.com), and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by AI Bradaa (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@aibradaa.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that are used in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service, the intelligent model routing system, the 84-Mentor Council architecture, or any proprietary AI Bradaa technology.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or to train third-party machine learning models using outputs generated by the Service.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security, rate-limiting, or access control measures implemented in the Service, including the security architecture.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other programmatic methods to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Bradaa and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes but is not limited to the AI Bradaa brand, the AB Model Family, the intelligent model routing system, the 84-Mentor Council design, the Bond System, the Soul Component, and the security architecture.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (your “User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including training and fine-tuning the AI systems that power the Service, unless you opt out of such use through your account settings where available.

Outputs generated by the Service in response to your queries are provided for your use. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users and that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

5. Subscription and Payments

AI Bradaa offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free tier (Teh O Ais) provides limited access to the Service. Paid plans (Teh Tarik, Musang King, and Enterprise) offer additional features, higher usage limits, and access to premium AI models including AB Pro and ABO-84 (which are in active development).

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the then-current rate for your selected plan. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the pricing for your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the paid Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

AI Bradaa uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy and quality through intelligent model routing and the 84-Mentor Council, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should not rely on AI Bradaa as the sole source of information for critical decisions, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or safety-related matters.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI BRADAA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated responses.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (RM 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@aibradaa.com or through your account settings. Upon account termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malaysia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. We may also provide notice via email or through the Service for significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Bradaa regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
